“The tour cost me over $1000, when I arrived they were living. I arrived on the schedule time. I called Viator to ask them if they can return for my family as we were celebrating my daughter’s 16th birthday. They said no to return, reschedule or refund. Don’t book with them as most tours companies email prior to the trip and call as well. They didn’t do none of this and kept my money. Viator did nothing as well. I had booked many times with Viator and never had an issue like this causing my family and I such stress on our vacation! Terrible customer service!”

He showed us some additional caves along our tour not even listed in the tour description, played some great party music the whole way to keep us energized (especially when starting at 7am) and just went above and beyond to make sure we were having a good time. This is a must-do while staying in Split.”
