I called Viator to ask them if they can return for my family as we were celebrating my daughter’s 16th birthday. They said no to return, reschedule or refund. Don’t book with them as most tours companies email prior to the trip and call as well. They didn’t do none of this and kept my money. Viator did nothing as well. I had booked many times with Viator and never had an issue like this causing my family and I such stress on our vacation! Terrible customer service!”

The blue cave stop and the Dal Mare spot for lunch was great. Overall, we had a great time”
